No worries! If you’ve noticed a mistake in your order, contact us by phone or email and include your order number.
If your order hasn’t been prepared yet, we’ll be able to make the change without any problem. Otherwise, we’ll guide you through the exchange process.
If you received products different from what you ordered (wrong item, incorrect quantity, etc.), please contact us by email or phone with your order number.
We’re truly sorry if your items arrived damaged. Please contact us as soon as possible, providing your order number along with clear photos showing the damage to the package or products. We’ll do our best to handle your request quickly and offer a suitable solution.
If you’ve noticed an incorrect amount charged or a discrepancy with your invoice, please contact us immediately by email or phone, providing your order number and details of the issue (ideally with a bank statement).

Changed your mind? No problem!
If your order hasn’t been prepared or shipped yet, you can request a cancellation by phone or email, mentioning your order number. If the order has already been shipped, you’ll need to wait until you receive it and then follow the return procedure.
Essential information about returns and refunds
Our refund and return policy is valid for up to 30 days. After this period, we cannot offer you a full refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
Once your return is received and inspected by 123 Plastic Parts, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and issued via your original method of payment within a few days.
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check with your bank. Processing times may vary, and it often takes a few days before a refund is officially posted. If you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us via email and include your order information (order number, full name, and product reference).
To return your product, you must send it by mail. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The time it may take to receive your exchanged product can vary depending on your location. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
